Symptoms


User is not able to change password, below error is observed. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System cannot process, please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update change password to Y in users table.
2. Try login and check the behavior.

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to change password.
