Symptoms
On 14.7.0.5.0 Implementation Support
Issues:
----------
1. Value date is getting updated based on SC approval date.
2. accounting posted with new resolved value date.
Expected:
----------
1. Value date should not be updated.
2. accounting value date should be original instruction date.
Scenario:
----------
1. upload incoming SDD pacs003
2. Transaction moved to SC Queue
3. Approve from SC queue before instruction date (approved from SC, on same day of file received)
