Symptoms

User was unable to see complete tags in GOAML E-file

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a report/Create a Report
2. Fill all mandatory fields
3. Approve the report
4. Generate E-file
5. Download the generated E-file

Actual: Signatory and Entity details tags were missing
