Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating TD account getting below error message. No fields available in OBBRN to enter.

"errorCode": "MI-MNT32",
  "errorDesc": "Pool code cannot be blank"

"errorCode": "ST-MAND-004",
  "errorDesc": "Mandatory Field Location is Not Input"

 "errorCode": "ST-MAND-004",
  "errorDesc": "Mandatory Field Media is Not Input"
 
  "errorCode": "ST-SAVE-004",
  "errorDesc": "Failed to Save the Record"
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should not get any error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to TD Account Creating screen
2. Enter all the details and try to Save
3. System showing the error message

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open the TD account
