Symptoms

OBTFPM : Unable to Perform Export Document Collection Booking

Users are encountering an issue with performing export document collection booking during the data enrichment stage.

Receiving an error message stating "Charge Details Defaulting Failed.". Attached the necessary logs along with a screenshot for your reference.

CS-UDF-0033 - For field CHEQUE STATUS,field value is mandatory



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Export Document Collection Booking
2. Move to DE stage - Advices Tab
3. System is throwing error


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete DE stage
