ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

when the user tries to scroll the screen by swiping on the cards on the dashboard, swiping functions are not working properly in the OBDX mobile application.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

when the user tries to scroll the screen by swiping on the cards on the dashboard, swiping functions should be working properly in the OBDX mobile application.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBDX mobile application
2. Click on the hamburger menu -> there is no response intermittently
3. Try scrolling after-> there is no response intermittently
