On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Payment Message is not generated from OBCL during Disbursement when Ultimate Beneficiary is an IBAN
When user is trying to do disbursement and generate payment message then message is not getting generated if Ultimate Beneficiary1 is an IBAN.
ERROR

PS-TXP-10 Either Creditor Name or Creditor BIC is mandatory
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a OBCL contract.
2. Do one disbursement from OLDMNDSB.
3. Give IBAN in ultimate benefiary.
4. Save and Authorize the contract.
5. Check the Message status in OLSPMTBR.
6. Message is not getting processed.
