Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SMB Loan -> Apply with New Customer -> Account approval stage -> when we click next button in Offer Accept/Reject screen, Approval details screen starts to load and throws 'Internal server error occurred' error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to approve the new customer application.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to SMB Loan -> Apply with New Customer -> Account approval stage ->
2. Click next button in Offer Accept/Reject screen
3. Verify whether approval details are loaded properly.
