Symptoms

User not able to authorize the collateral but able to successfully save the modification.

Failed to Authorize the Record - ST-SAVE-022


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Collateral Maintenance screen
2. Query the collateral and modify
3. Save the modification.
4. Login as authorizer
5. Authorize the modification.
