UDDTREAU - Authorize and delete options are visible for authorized record.
After entering the contract reference number in UDDTREAU screen and clicked on EXECUTE QUERY, authorize and delete options are visible for already authorized record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto UDDTREAU screen
2. Entering the contract reference number in UDDTREAU screen and clicked on EXECUTE QUERY
3. Authorize and delete options are visible for already authorized record
