ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PROD Metro 2-March_Acct wasn't reported on march 2024
The account was paid off March 02 2024, and isn't reported on March M2 file, but was reported on Apr-2024. Why was it not reported in the month that was paid off?
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should report the account to Metro-2
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick an account Due Day 1st of Every month and Prebill Days 1
2. Metro II generated for Feb 2024 on 1st March 2024 for the account.
3. On 2nd March 2024, account got paid off.
4. As the account is paid-off system didn't generated the Billing as on 31st March 2024
5. On 1st Apr-2024(on the due day), Run the Metro II process
6. Verify the Metro-2 output for the account
