Symptoms

OBTFPM : Unable to perform Import Document Collection Booking

Users are having trouble performing the Import Document Collection Booking as an information message stating "Unable to default product details." is popping up.


INFORMATION MESSAGE

Unable to default Product details.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Import Document Collection Booking
2. Move to DE stage -> Additional Details tab
3. System is throwing Message pop up


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete DE stage
