Symptoms

OBTFPM: Unable to perform Guarantee Amendment

Users are facing difficulties in executing the guaranteed Amendment during the data enrichment phase.
System is throwing errors


ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to process charge simulation request.
CS-TF-008 - Mandatory Field Split Account Branch is blank
CS-TF-008 - Mandatory Field Split Account Currency is blank
CS-TF-008 - Mandatory Field Split Account Number is blank
CS-TF-009 - Invalid $1
CS-TF-009 - Invalid Split Account Currency
CS-TF-009 - Invalid Split Account Number
CS-TF-011 - Invalid Account for the customer in the Split Settlement
CS-TF-012 - Invalid Split Amount or Split Percentage
IS-ACC01 - Invalid Account specified
LC-VALS-475 - Failed while trying to confirm the amendment.
ST-SAVE-054 - Failed to Save


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM
2. Perform Guarantee Amendment
3. Move to DE stage
4. Move to Advices tab
5. System is throwing error

Due to this issue, users cannot complete DE stage of Guarantee Amendment
