Symptoms

The transaction amount is getting saved as NULL in FCC_FR_Transcation table whenever the transaction amount has decimals in it.
Transaction amount of PHP 13.00 gets persisted in the DB but a transaction amount of PHP 13.13 gets saved as NULL(column v_action).
