Field mappings are as follows:

o ACCT_INTRL_ID = STG_ACCT_FEATURE_MAP.V_ACCOUNT_NUMBER
o FEAT_APPVL_DT = STG_ACCT_FEATURE_MAP.D_START_DATE
o FEAT_CD = STG_ACCT_FEATURE_MAP.V_FEATURE_CODE
o SRC_SYS_CD = STG_ACCT_FEATURE_MAP.V_DATA_SOURCE_CODE
