ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EOD/UAT (ISPBA) - ELBUTILS Aborted as AE-VALS-053

During the EOD ELBUTILS (in POSTEOTI_1 stage) at one branch has just went to abort 4 times with error message
AE-VALS-053: ONE OR MORE BATCHES HAVE FAILED FOR BRANCH.

Resubmit abort was used and the situation has been overcome by fourth attempt.
In the same branch same situation was noticed at other branches, with the same error message, but "resubmit abort" was successful on the first try.

As checked, ELBUTILS fails during EOD, GEBSFEEB function fails with SYSERROR. As per logs update of GETBS_FACILITY_FEE is failing due to lock.

System should complete the EOD without failure.

1. Run EOD and check.

Due to this issue, users can't able to complete the EOD.

 Fix :- Fix provided to handle the versioning during EOD.
