Symptoms
OBPM - Unable to credit to Virtual Account through book transfer.
When a Book Transfer is performed on Virtual Account, we get pop up message as Successful.
But when viewed in PBDOVIEW, the transaction is moved to accounting queue, and is rejected with time out error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Booked a book transfer in PBDOTONL, debit account is real account and credit account is virtual account.
2. Transaction moved to accounting queue due to rejection.
3. We are getting time out exception in the logs.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform a credit operation to VA through book transfer
