ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TD_ROLL advice is not getting generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TD_ROLL advice is generated in MSSOUTBR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a TD in STDCUSTD with Auto Rollover checked.
2. Verify if the account is rolled over on the maturity date post-EOD.
3. Verify if the TD_ROLL advice is generated since the contract is rolled over.
