ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Display Error in SEDPFINR screen. Product level Allowed but Disallowed in SEDPFINR


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System has to allow to maintain Security Portfolio Instrument Restrictions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. At product Level 'SEDPFPRD', instrument product restriction is allowed
2. In SEDPFINR screen, after double click record in the application shows as Disallowed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate Security Portfolio Instrument Restrictions.
