ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TAX DETAILS INPUT IN SEDTRONL SCREEN DOES NOT APPEAR AFTER SAVE
TAX COMPONENT FIELD HAS NO LOV. EVEN WAIVED FIELD IS USER DEFINED. AFTER SAVE THE TAX COMPONENT IS GETTING REMOVED FROM THE SCREEN.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input the Tax component before save
2. Save and verify the Tax component
