On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
Unable to delete the unauthorized Manual Rollover | CLDMNROL
Unable to delete the unauthorized manual rollover record
Actual : When tried to delete unauthorized rollover transaction, system shows limit overdraft error.
Expected : The system should allow user to delete the unauthorized record.

Error : Line - Amount exceeds line limit.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract (CLDACCNT)
2. Save and authorize.
3. Create a manual rollver (CLDMNROL)
4. Save the record.
5. Try to delete the record.
