ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FCUBS14.7.0.5.0 :Loan Creation from Webservice - Settlement accounts are not defaulting

When Loan Created from webservice, system not defaulting the accounts from settlement details maintained, instead its is defaulting BRIGDE GL.
As per the request xml, we are not giving DR_PROD_AC and CR_PROD_AC tags. system should automatically populate these information from Settlement details.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should default the settlement details if the account details are not provided in the request xml.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create loan with webservice.
2. Do not enter DR_PROD_AC and CR_PROD_AC and component details as system will default information.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to get DR_PROD_AC, CR_PROD_AC components in default.

Changes

 Fix :- Fix is provided such that system not defaulting the accounts from settlement details maintained at component level during loan account creation through webservices.
