ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Payee drop-down list is missing when there is no payee available for user in a repeat transfer transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payee drop-down list should be shown when there is no payee available for user in a repeat transfer transaction.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login the application as corporate/retail
2. Navigate to toggle menu > payments > transfer > repeat transfers > existing payee
3. Payee(Beneficiary) drop-down list is missing if there is no payee available for user
