Symptoms
Account is incorrectly charged fees due to account balance being below the minimum balance threshold amount. Charge maintained for the tracking of Monthly Average Minimum Balance.
System has debited charge from accounts though required balance have been maintained by Client.

Code changes released to derive correct amount of monthly average balance for account
