PGDIBULK save is not working
ERROR

ORA-01400
Caused by: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PGZB_IN_CLG"."TXN_ARCH_DT")
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Goto PGDIBULK(Inbound Bulk Clearing Transaction Input)
2) Add transaction and try to save it.
3) Screens is not working after click on ‘Save’ button as
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the Transaction
