ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MC Contract is getting deleted in MCDTRONL once the UDE transaction is deleted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 MC Contract shouldn't be deleted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. A contract is created in MCDTRONL and authorised.
2. An UDE transaction is created with the MC Contract and then deleted.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, MC contract is getting deleted.
