OBTFPM: Unable to Perform Import Document Collection Update

While performing the Import Document Collection Update, users are encountering the error message "RMA arrangement not available."

It has also been verified:
a) "select * from cmc_tm_bic_directory where BIC_Code='BMUSOMRXISL'" SK_Arrangement is set to 'Y'
b) Additionally, configured PMDRMAUP for this BIC code in the back office.

Despite these actions, error still persists

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an Import Document Collection
2. Performing Import Document Collection Update
3. Pass in DCN number created in Step1
4. On filling all details and submit, system is throwing error
