Symptoms

On: KYC/ECM 8.1.2.5:  Manual Promote To Case Failing
When manually promoting a customer to a case and the customer has two records with the same phone number with the same phone type usage but one record has an extension and the 2nd record has a NULL extension and with different phone sequence numbers, it is failing when trying to load the data into the KDD_CASE_CUST_PHONS.

The records are flowing from stg_party_phone_map>>cust_phone>> cust_phon_snaphsot >>fcc_cust_phon without any issue.
However, its failing while inserting into KDD_CASE_CUST_PHONS because of the UK defined for the table.

Client request is to change the UK to allow the records for the given scenario
