Symptoms
KYC manual promoted to case is having an error on the UI, even though the cases get created.
Problem Description:Batch and MPTC use different sequences to generate the seq id, causing a failure to insert when the value already exists.
Example:
1. KYC-ECM batch uses DM_ID=272 and CM_ACCT_SEQ to insert records in FCC_ACCOUNT_LOOKUP.ACCOUNT_SKEY CM_ACCT_SEQ has generated sequence till 20520 in internal env.
2. MPTC action using CM_ACCOUNT_LOOKUP_SEQ_ECM synonym to insert records in FCC_ACCOUNT_LOOKUP.ACCOUNT_SKEY CM_ACCOUNT_LOOKUP_SEQ has generated sequence till 100
If user taking MPTC action, the sequence is repeated( i.e 101) and failing to insert as the record considered as duplicate(batch has already used 101 seq).
