OBBRN : BC Picking Incorrect GL For Accounting Entries (Doc ID 3039584.1)

Goal

Currently system is picking the same GL for two different operation i.e "BC issuance against account" and "Closeout Withdrawal".

We would want system to pick GL's based on settlement Instruction Maintenance.

Currently system is picking Suspense GL, which is mapped in SRV_TM_AD_EXT_SYS_DEST_DTLS table for "BC issuance against account" and "Closeout Withdrawal"

However, our concern is system should not pick the Suspense GL for "BC issuance against account"
