Unlock And Save Failing In PDC Contract Failed in Charge Error (Doc ID 3040069.1)

Symptoms

On unlock and save PDC contract, it is failing with error in fetching charge details (PD-1300). Initially while creating PD Contract, INIT event is happening with event seq no 2.
After save is completed, in cftb_contract_charges there are 2 entries for INIT event.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Unlock the details
2. Save the contract
3. error in charge
