ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Closing charge components are not found in IADCUSAC

Unable to find the Closing charge components in IADCUSAC



Actual : The closing charge components tab is not available in ICUSAC closure

Same is available for STDCUSAC


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected : The closing charge components tab should be available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Take any account from IADCUSAC which is in active status.
2. Try to close the record
3. Verify the charge components tab

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find charges to collect
