On submission of origination application, below error is observed.

ERROR

SMS and Email alert are not getting generated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete Origination application submission.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to recieved SMS/Email alert.
