ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LCDTRONL (Letters of Credit contract detailed) screen - Shipping guarantee (SG) has outstanding liability even after reversal and Reversal of SG (RVSG) event in parent contract LC not coming during save itself.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should properly update the outstanding liability after SG contact reversal and RVSG event should coming in LC contract during SAVE.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an import LC contract through LCDTRONL screen and authorize it.
2. Create a SG contract by linking the above LC contract and authorize.
3. Reverse the SG contract and Save the event.
4. Check the outstanding liability in SG and RVSG event showing under LC.
5. Authorize the reversal event.
6. Verify the outstanding liability details updated properly in SG contract or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot verify the liability outstanding/availments in LC/SG contracts.
