Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBMA EOD got stuck (IN_PROGRESS Status) at RCUT. AmountBlockExpiry job for long time in one of branch of an entity.
There was no data for processing but still it remains in IN_PROGRESS for long time.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects a successful EOD completion.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.RUN EOD.
