"Record Format is invalid" Error Displayed in Error Report for Domestic SDMC File Upload

Symptoms
When attempting to upload an domestic Single Debit Multiple Credit(SDMC) file, the following error occurs for all records in SDMC file.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX application.
2. Upload a valid file for domestic SDMC in excel format
3. Now, Download the 'Error Report' under uploaded files inquiry screen
