Symptoms

When attempting to proceed with origination application, the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.

In logs:


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the OBDX application.
2. Navigate to origination application --> Click open.
3. Error with blank screen observed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with origination application.
