OBP_NOTIF_ACK Notification UserId Is Not Populated In The Notif XML (Doc ID 3041878.1)

OBP_ NOTIF_ACK notification UserId is not populated in the Notif XML


Analysis:

For the Notifications generated from OBP for OBTF Source, the userid is being picked from the Transaction, rather there should be a userid maintenance
for OBTF source. Similar to the External system Maintenance in OBTF.

Expected Behavior

In EmsNotifQBean.class, makerId and checkerId need to be assigned to the notifDto.
