FCUBS Co-deployed EAR Deployment failed due to Payment processor (Doc ID 3042224.1)

Goal

FCUBS EAR (PS 14.7.0.6.0) is prepared as co-deployed application (with PM Processor). but we are unable to deploy the EAR and bring the application up.  When we start the FCUBS application, it sometimes fails after some time, and at other times, it takes a long time to start, causing the FCUBS-managed server to fall into a starting state.

Analysis :

PM Logs are getting generated with 0KB during the deployment of application which is causing stackoverflow. Result to which the application failed to come up.
