Symptoms
On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Transaction went to Repair Queue with PY-TXP-033 : Either Creditor Agent BIC or Member is not valid error.
While correcting the BIC and trying to repair, it is throwing Failed to repair transaction error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit repair Queue screen PQSREPQU
2. Update the new data.
3. Save the transaction.
