OBPM - STALE CHECK VALIDATION FAILED (Doc ID 3042322.1)

Goal

While doing stale check validation, ECA is validating the cheque from cheque book issuance date (CADCHBOO) instead of cheque issuance date (PGDITONL).
 
For example a bank issue a cheque book to any customer on 2023-APRIL-19 and customer issued that cheque leaf on 2024-APRIL-29 (System date 2024-APRIL-30) and stale days is 180 days then it should be valid till 2024-APRIL-29 + 180 days.
 
But currently, system is validating it from 2023-APRIL-19 + 180 days. Hence its throwing the message "Cheque is a stale one - CG-IO0115"
