Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User performed Inward Cheque return on a 'No Debit' marked Account. Accounting Handoff is in Rejected.Now user is unable to enable tracking of charges functionality in OBPM.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Cheque return exception cases-> User should able to enable track to collect the charges from customer.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Perform Cheque return for accounts with No debit/frozen.
2. Verify whether the transaction is completed and user is able to enable track to collect charges.
