Receiver Swift Address of MT720 is not updated according to Advising Bank field data if Non-RMA Bank is input.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 This should be updated according to swift standard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export LC transfer in LIDTRANF screen
2.  Receiver Swift Address of MT720 is not updated according to Advising Bank field data if for Non RMA Bank is inputted.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find receiver BIC
