Loan application is not submitting, below error is observed.

System cannot process, please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On OBDX home page.
2. Click on "Origination->Personal loan"
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to submit personal loan application.
Changes
Issue will observed only when enums are maintained in local repository.
