STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue: On click of entity screen, getting an error message as "Participant 000000024 Exceeds his Available Limit as On 25-JUN-21. LB-PVL-02"
2. Created backdated facility for 100M USD for 15 days
3. Booked backdated term loan 1 for 50M USD for 15 days with repayment and revision schedules for every 7 days
4. Book backdated term loan 2 for 30M EUR for 15 days with repayment and revision schedules for every 7 days
5. Click entity screen while booking term loan 2, getting an error message as "Participant 000000024 Exceeds his Available Limit as On 25-JUN-21. LB-PVL-02"
6. Exchange rate in CYDRATEE is 1.71
