ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ISSUE -1: SYSTEM ALLOWED TO SAVE PSDIT2BT TRANSACTION WITHOUT DEBIT ACCOUNT DEFAULTING AFTER ENRICH

ISSUE -2: SYSTEM ALLOWED TO TRANSACT LESS THAN THE MINIMUM ACCOUNT MAINTAINED FOR THE NETWORK CODE.

ISSUE:3: SO, I UNLOCKED THE SAVED RECORD PROVIDED THE DEBIT ACCOUNT AND CLICKED ENRICH. THE DEBIT ACCOUNT I SELECTED FROM LOV is removed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to Save Transaction without Debit Account
System should validate minimum amount maintained for the Network Code
After giving Debit account, post enrich it should hold it

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Save Transaction in PSDIT2BT with out Debit account and amount lower than min allowed in Network

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the transaction
