OFSAA 812 LLFP Installation Error (Doc ID 3044277.1)

Symptoms

When installing Oracle Financial Services Loan Loss Forecasting Process (LLFP) 8.1.2, they receive the following error in the InfrastructurePreInstallCheck.log.

See the following error:

Validation for category POST_INSTALL. STATUS : FAIL

[ERROR]:-Unable to connect to Application component.Provide correct application ftpshare details. Exception message: org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Could not connect to SFTP server at "user@xxxx/". Server xxxx Port number xx

AAI Pre-Install check completed. Status : FAILURE. Please correct the errors.
