ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Debit amount field is not enabled when Instructed ccy indicator is DEBIT CCY
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

system shall allow to enter debit amount
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
2. Select instructed currency indicator as DEBIT CURRENCY
3. Select the debit account
4. Try to enter debit amount
5. System doses not allow to enter amount in this field
6. This field is greyed out
7. Expectation is that system shall allow to enter debit amount
8. Please note that same thing works for SWIFT/SWIFT MX screen
