Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

System is failing to process  RTGS against incoming MT103,

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload MT103 for backvalue dated outgoing RTGS.
2. Check the txn in PLDOVIEW. The txn comes as Exception in Non-STP queue.
3. Open the non-STP queue and view the txn.
4. Select the record and press modify button.
5. Make required changes and press enrich- the error pops up stating Activation date can't be backdated.
