ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Auto closure enabled, System Auto closed Guarantees with active Unsettled Claim in system,
1.After running EOD, during LCEOD Batch run guarantees are getting closed without checking the claim when closure date
is less than Application date
2. In FN_CLOSECONTRACTS of Lcpks_Batch package
there is no condition to check if active claims are present in the system before closing the guarantees
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not auto close guarantees with active unsettled claim

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a guarantee
2. Run LCEOD and verify the guarantees which closure date has passed but has unsettled claim

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, guarantees are closed with active claims.
